First thing in the morning, I got all grandpa's pans together that we still had from the wedding, and made sure to put his birthday card and new jeans all in the car so dad wouldn't forget them when he took grandpa to No-Frills today.
As I was in the office getting the jeans, I decided to let some sunshine in and opened the blinds.
As I was opening the blinds, I noticed the windows needed cleaning. When I was done with those windows, I remembered that the sunporch windows really needed cleaning, as it was still winter when I finished the remodeling in there, and wasn't able to do the windows then.
As I was walking out of the sunporch, into the dining room, I saw all of the leftover flowers from Sara's wedding and thought it would be a good idea to replace the Christmas flowers on the front door wreath with some spring flowers!
As I was putting up the wreath with all the pretty spring flowers, I noticed the green door looked pretty shabby. So I decided to paint it. I decided RED would look kind of neat.
As I stood back by the street to see how the door looked, I noticed that the foundation repairs I made on Saturday needed to be painted to match the rest of the foundation.
After all the painting was finally done, it was pretty close to dinner time, and I was thinking we would just get the Monday night special at Pop-eye's.
As I opened the refridgerator to get a drink, I noticed I had some leftover hamburger in there that needed to be cooked before it went bad. So we had taco's instead.
Maybe I will get to the sewing tomorrow!
Oooh, pretty. I like it!
